They are often unwilling to listen to employees, even when employees make good suggestions or bring up valid issues regarding some of the idiotic ideas proposed by management. Most of the managers and supervisors are uneducated and lack the skills necessary for running a successful organization. Management’s policies are often unfair and unreasonable. Staff members are considered replaceable, and the turnover of employees is high. Although some of the benefits are decent, management rarely shows appreciation or concern for employees.

Working undesirable hours (nights, weekends, and holidays) makes it difficult to have a social life or to spend time with family. Drama, favoritism, and harassment occur regularly. The CEO is grossly overpaid, especially considering how little the employees are paid. Many of the managers/supervisors are rude, disrespectful, and unapproachable. The work environment is trashy and smoky.
